Features of the 10.1 inch touch screen overlay kit1.In
medical applications, screens are frequently wiped with alcohol for disinfection. Ordinary screens are prone to corrosion and poor durability. To address these issues, we have adopted OCA optical adhesive resistant to 75% ethanol, IPA, and quaternary ammonium salts in material selection.
2.The cover glass is coated with a medical-grade anti-fingerprint (AF) coating.
3.The surface is treated with AG+AR composite processing to reduce glare, improve light transmittance, lower reflectivity, and make the screen clearer and more transparent.
4.The screen border ink is matte-finished to prevent harsh reflection from shiny edges and smudge visibility. The border ink is also protected with alcohol-resistant AF coating.
5.Equipped with a medical-grade, high signal-to-noise ratio touch controller, supporting water rejection, disinfectant film resistance, and operation with gloves (including thick gloves).
6.Adopts large water droplet filtering and edge false-touch shielding anti-interference mechanisms, preventing accidental triggers from water stains and reducing erratic jumps caused by border oil contamination.
7.The touch signal threshold and sampling rate are increased to reduce signal drift caused by oil contamination and conductive disinfectants.
