However, standard screens often suffer from unresponsive or non-functional touch when contaminated with oil, or fail to operate properly when workers wear gloves. To address these issues, we have implemented the following product optimizations.

-20℃ ~ +70℃, equipped with low-temperature algorithm compensation. It automatically adjusts touch sensitivity to eliminate capacitive sensing attenuation in low-temperature environments.

High weather-resistant ITO conductive film combined with low-temperature resistant coating reduces resistance changes at low temperatures. The increased density of touch sensing electrodes enhances weak signal capture capability, ensuring precise touch control of the touch module.
4.Adopts industrial-grade wide-temperature LCD, eliminating issues such as disordered liquid crystal alignment and backlight phosphor aging/yellowing at high temperatures.
5.High-temperature resistant optical adhesive and anti-yellowing optical film are used on the screen surface and lamination layer, ensuring no yellowing or discoloration during long-term use in high-temperature environments.
6.A heat dissipation gap is reserved and thermally conductive graphite sheets are added, which can quickly dissipate heat from the screen and motherboard, reducing local high-temperature accumulation on the screen.
7.Equipped with a high-temperature color temperature dynamic adjustment algorithm, it automatically corrects color parameters in high-temperature environments, suppresses yellowing and color deviation, and ensures consistent screen color.
8.Equipped with a 1000cd/m² high-brightness backlight, which is much brighter than ordinary screens. It suppresses strong ambient light and solves the problem of unclear screen content under backlight or direct sunlight.
9.The touch cover glass adopts AG anti-glare matte treatment, which scatters direct strong light and ambient reflection, eliminates mirror glare, and ensures no dazzling or whitening when viewed directly outdoors.
10.Customized strong-light anti-interference touch algorithm filters capacitive signal interference from sunlight, static electricity and ultraviolet rays, eliminating touch drift, false touches and misoperations.
